The Metacritic page for the PlayStation 5 version Sonic Frontiers currently being reviewed in response to popular game YouTuber Videogamedunkey’s latest video. As you might expect, Sonic stans come back just as stridently, defending the virtues of the blue hedgehog’s latest 3D adventure. Sonic Dunkey’s followers claim that he is behind the explosion, but strangely, the YouTuber claims that Sonic The fans are behind the bombing.

The video ends with a series of side-by-side comparisons to make it look absurd, showing the game’s high Metacritic user score compared to several other favorites.

One of the screen-covered review bombs reads: “At first I thought I liked this game, but then I saw Dunkey’s video about it and then I realized this game is really BAD.” Another author says, “I had no idea about the game, but after seeing Dunkey’s review [they] He concludes that this game is simply not good, before suggesting that readers watch more of Dunkey’s videos.
