Alliance Alive HD Remastered
Price: $11.99
Alliance Alive HD Remastered is a remaster of the Nintendo 3DS game of the same name. It is also available on Steam, Nintendo Switch and iOS. The game is an RPG game that takes place in a fantasy world. Players eventually encounter nine characters, each with a story that intertwines with the others. Combat is turn-based and fairly indicative of JRPGs of its era. The game includes the entire story from the original, updated graphics, new features and of course mobile controls. It’s a bit pricey at $11.99, but then there are no ads or in-app purchases to mar the experience.
Just a Launcher
Price: Free

Mere Launcher is a minimalist launcher with larger icons. The home screen shows your favorite apps, a simple shortcut to the app drawer where you can find everything. The app includes dark and light themes, a background color feature for improved contrast, and you can even orient the launcher landscape if needed. There aren’t a ton of extra features, but that’s okay for a minimalist app. It’s not half bad and worked well in our tests.
Frozen City
Price: It was free to play
Frozen City is a city building simulator. It is set in a world surrounded by snow and ice, which affects the survival aspects of the game. You gradually build your city, assigning new survivors to complete missions, explore the wilderness and survive the cold. It is a simple enough game without too many twists and turns to annoy the player. There are microtransactions, but they’re not terrible. Aside from some early game bugs, everything works pretty well.
My Link Manager
Price: Free

My Link Manager is a program to organize and manage your web browser bookmarks. This is especially great if you’re using a web browser that doesn’t support bookmarks or sync them to a new device. Overall, it’s a pretty simple program. You put your links in there, organize them, and take them back when needed. There is an import and export function, so you can back them up. It also does not require Internet access, making it a completely offline program. There really isn’t much wrong with it and it worked well in our tests.
Always Legion
Price: It was free to play

Ever Legion is an idle RPG. The game takes the player on an adventure to save his family from being turned into undead monsters. You collect heroes, let them go to battle to level up and advance in the game. As the genre suggests, the game plays itself in the background so you can grind while you sleep. The graphics are decent. We liked the world design better than the character design, but it’s a very Diablo-like experience with a dark color palette. It competes with games like AFK Arena, and as long as the developer doesn’t interfere, it could really succeed.
